Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Creative Associate (Design) to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that capture the essence of our client's brands and elevate their marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, websites, and other branding materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual content for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with clients' brand identities and marketing goals
• Produce assets for social media, print, advertising, and other marketing collateral
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design insights for campaign strategies
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of deliverables
• Work with the creative team to refine designs based on feedback from clients and team members
• Develop design concepts and layouts for web pages, landing pages, and digital ads
• Maintain a well-organized design library for easy access and reference

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience designing for various platforms, including web, social media, and print
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• A portfolio showcasing your design work, including both digital and print projects
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus
