Your Privacy At A Glance

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms, plus the basic technical data every website receives.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, scope your project and, if you opt in, keep you posted on our work.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond the tools that run this site.

Your control

Ask us to show, fix or delete what we hold about you at any time, with one email.

How Your Data Flows

01

You share

A form, a subscribe box or a call booking. You decide what to tell us.

02

We respond

Your details go to our team so a person can reply and scope the work.

03

It stays put

Data lives only in the tools that run this site: hosting, scheduling, email, analytics.

04

Then it goes

Kept while needed for the work and the law, then deleted or anonymised, or sooner if you ask.

01

Information you give us

When you fill in a contact or project form, we receive the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, company and whatever you tell us about your project. If you subscribe to updates on our blog, we receive your email address. If you book a call through our scheduling link, the booking tool collects your name, email and chosen time to create the meeting.

02

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record technical data such as browser type, device, the pages you visit, how you arrived and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this in aggregate to understand what content works and to keep the site fast.

03

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver work you commission, improve this website and, only where you have agreed, send occasional updates about our services and work. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out.

We never sell personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

04

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to measure how it is used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will keep working.

05

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this website and our communications: hosting, appointment scheduling, email delivery and analytics. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

06

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as it takes to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement plus what accounting and legal obligations require, then deleted or anonymised.

07

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. We act on requests promptly, whichever country you are writing from.

08

Where we operate

Dart Marketing works with clients internationally and has teams in Pakistan, the USA and Australia, so your information may be processed in those locations under this same policy. If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.

One email handles any privacy request: info@dartmarketing.io

Least data by design

We only ever hold what you chose to give us, plus routine technical logs.

Tools, not sprawl

Your data lives in the handful of services that run this site, nowhere else.

People answer requests

Privacy requests go to a person at Dart, and get acted on promptly.

Common Questions

No. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we only share it with the tools that keep this website and our communications running.

Email info@dartmarketing.io and tell us what you need. We will confirm and act on it promptly, whichever country you are writing from.

The site may use cookies to work properly and to measure how it is used. You can block or clear them in your browser and the site will keep working.

Dart has teams in Pakistan, the USA and Australia, so processing can happen in those locations under this same policy.

Questions or requests

Write to us and a person will answer. Privacy requests are handled directly, not through a ticket maze.
